We are very excited to announce we are heading back to the Okanagan for our 6th Summer Lifestyle Takeover!

Our first Summer Lifestyle Takeover was in Osoyoos in 2015 and we have been on the lookout for a suitable venue in the Okanagan. After 5 years, we finally found one!

Riviera Village Green Hotel Complex is located in Vernon in Northern Okanagan, across from the Village Green Shopping Centre, about 5.5-hr from Vancouver.

More than just a hotel, Riviera Village Green Hotel Complex is home to the 27 Street Grille, The Green Pub, which hosts live music and DJs on the weekends, and the World Health and Fitness Centre. In addition, the Enhance Studio Spa and the Village Green Liquor Store, Vernon’s newest and largest private liquor store, are located behind the hotel.

We are taking over the Center Building which houses the heated indoor pool, hot tub, and dry heat sauna, plus the outdoor courtyard that is being renovated into an outdoor event space. This building will be closed to the public so it will be a complete Takeover for our group. There are rooms that face the courtyard and rooms that don’t, plus there are also rooms in the Tower that will be available once we sell out.

Hotel Rooms

We have 69 accommodation rooms available over 2 floors. There are different rooms available so check out the details and pick the room that best suits your needs!

The Courtyard and the Pool Area will be our Party Zone, and they can be accessed directly from some rooms on the ground floor.

If you prefer to get a good night’s sleep, we recommend you request a room in the Quiet Zone that does not face the Courtyard.

There are also 9 pet-friendly rooms with access to a pet yard that faces 48th Ave, and there are 3 ADA rooms – 3 facing the Courtyard and 1 facing the pet yard.

** Please note that there is no elevator, only stairs, to the 2nd Floor of the Center Building **

Of course, you can still attend the events if you decide to stay at a different hotel. Your Weekend Pass gives you access to our host hotel plus all the daytime and evening events.

- Extra night(s) Pre-Takeover must be booked with us, otherwise, you will be asked to check out on Friday and check back in at 5pm!

Payment Schedule:

We are also offering the option of paying in installments when you order the Hotel Package.

For orders received before February 2020:

US$250/C$325 non-refundable deposit is due once order is received
US$250/C$325 monthly payment (due on the 1st of each month)
All Outstanding Balance due by February 1, 2020

For orders received after February 2020:

Full payment due once order is received

Weekend Pass Cancellation Policy:

Credit for the full amount will be issued and can be used for any future events

Hotel Package Cancellation Policy:

All purchases are REFUNDABLE subject to the Hotel Package being resold minus a US$250/C$325 administration fee
